Seating Policy
In an effort to ensure the very best concert experience for all patrons The Crystal Grand Music Theatre has established the following policy: Patrons are required to stay within the seated sections of the tickets they purchased. We respectively request that you show common courtesy to those around you. Patrons may not block, or obscure view from other guests. Management will reserve the ability to remove patrons who cannot comply with this policy. There are no refunds or exchanges for those patrons who are unable to comply with our policy. Our goal is to make sure everyone has a great time. Stay in your seating area, and be respectful of those around you.
